REFUND POLICY – ALAN YOUNG PHOTOGRAPHY

At Alan Young Photography, every print is produced with care using professional equipment, archival inks and premium papers. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. This Refund Policy explains how refunds, returns and replacements are handled.
 

1. Custom Print Orders

All prints are produced to order. Because each print is custom-made, we are unable to offer refunds or returns for:
• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong size
• Personal preference regarding colour, tone or composition

Please check sizes carefully before ordering.
 

2. Damaged or Faulty Prints

If your print arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no cost.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please:
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Provide photos of the damage to the print and packaging
• Include your name and order details

Once confirmed, a replacement print will be produced and sent to you.
 

3. Delivery Issues

If an order is lost in transit or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us.
We will work with the delivery provider to locate the package or arrange a replacement when appropriate.
 

4. Colour and Appearance Disclaimer

Due to variations in monitors, screens and mobile devices, colours may appear slightly different from the printed product. All prints are produced to professional standards, but minor differences cannot be treated as faults.
 

5. Cancellations

Because prints are created to order, cancellations can only be accepted if the request is made before production begins.
If printing has already started, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
 

6. How to Request a Replacement or Report an Issue
