New Website And Blog Page

Welcome to the brand-new Alan Young Photography website and blog! I’m excited to finally bring all my photography together in one place — from wildlife and birds to insects, pets, travel scenes and creative portrait work.

This blog will be a space where I share a little more than just the images themselves. I’ll post behind-the-scenes stories, field notes from early mornings in East Yorkshire, editing techniques, project updates and the moments that stand out during my shoots. Whether it’s a dragonfly landing perfectly in frame, a bird interaction I waited hours to capture, or a portrait session that comes together beautifully, I’ll take you along for the journey.

Over the coming weeks, I’ll be adding more galleries, writing about recent shoots and sharing insights into the gear, techniques and creative ideas that shape my photography.
