Made-to-Order Products

All fine art prints and greeting cards sold by Alan Young Photography are produced to order.

​

If production has not yet begun, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.

​

Once production has started, your order may no longer be eligible for cancellation because it is being manufactured specifically for you.

How to Request a Cancellation

• Order number

• Date of purchase (if known)

• Your cancellation request

We aim to respond to all cancellation requests as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please do not use this cancellation form.

Instead, contact us through our Contact page within 7 days of delivery, including photographs of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.
