These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website and the purchase of any products or services offered by Alan Young Photography.
Use of This Website
This website and its content are provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may browse the site, view images, and share links to pages, You may not download, copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit or otherwise use any photographs or text without prior written permission.

All images, text, branding, and content on this website are the property of Alan Young Photography and are protected by UK and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or use any image for personal or commercial purposes without written permission. Purchasing a print does not transfer copyright or grant reproduction rights. Any licensing arrangements must be agreed in writing.
Print Orders
All prints are produced to order. By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

Colours may vary slightly between screen display and final print due to differences in monitors, devices and viewing conditions.

All sizes and crop ratios should be checked carefully before ordering

Prints require processing time before dispatch, as outlined in the Shipping and Delivery Policy

Custom prints cannot be cancelled once production has begun

Returns are accepted only for damaged or faulty prints, as outlined in the Refund Policy
Pricing and Payment
Prices for prints and services are displayed where applicable. Prices or special offers may be updated from time to time.
Payment must be completed before any order is processed. All prices are listed in GBP. Alan Young Photography is not currently VAT registered.
Shipping and Delivery
Information about delivery times, packaging, and international shipping is provided in the Shipping and Delivery Policy.
Delays caused by delivery providers or customs processes are outside my control, but I will assist where possible.
Refunds and Replacements
Details relating to refunds, replacements, and damaged orders are set out in the Refund Policy.
Custom-made prints are exempt from the standard 14-day consumer cancellation period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 unless they are faulty.
